As the rapidly development of economy during these years,the growing numbers of construction projects as the result of countries’ increasing investment.Construction projects are characterized as a large amount of investment,long construction periods and several companies involved.Compared with other markets,engineering construction field is easily committed corruption crimes and it is becoming a high-risk area for crimes by taking advantage of duty.At present,prevention strategy for this kind of crime is prevention,but it has disadvantages such as prevention scope limitations,prevention targets blindness and prevention behaviors delay.This essay introduces data technology into crimes prevention by taking advantage of duty and divides the cases details into six chapters to establish prevention system as well as changing the small scope of prevention into large scope of prevention for the purpose of improving prevention efficiency.From the essence of crimes by taking advantage of duty,this essay aims to combine engineering construction crimes with management,informatics and law.Firstly,with the introduction of data technology and a large number of cases analysis,it summarizes six key points of duty crimes.Secondly,from the microcosmic views,through the prevention system establishment in order to analyze each items of cases and judge the cases’ types from amounts related,and then prevent all aspects of the cases and six key points of the cases.After the whole prevention and the idea of management,the prevention efficiency would be improved.From the view of macroscopic,the scientific prevention is determined by time series analysis for the purpose of early estimated and scientific individuals allocation.Finally,with the comparison of traditional prevention strategies and precise prevention strategies based on data to analyze the detailed cases analysis for the purpose of checking the strategies’ advantages.
