Research On The Link Between Administrative Execution And Criminal Justice In Internet Finance

In recent years,the development of internet plus has become the focus of attention of the community.Through internet technology has transformed the traditional finance,and promoted the service level.It also promote the depth of the integration of internet and finance,stimulate financial innovation,integration of different kinds of resources,intelligence and information in the fields of the transformation of the financial industry which is different from the concept of internet finance.Although the internet finance has these advantages,but it seems almost inevitable that it brings many disadvantages in internet financial innovation at the same time,and makes the internet financial crime become a new mode of crime.It is really hard to find out and hard to handle cases.Cases of internet finance are increasing currently,but there is always a lack of criminal sanction measures.In the current management situation of the criminal cases of internet finance,there are lots of deficiencies in the field of legislation and judiciary.Criminal cases has been seldom transferred every year.There are many problems in perspective of the transfer standard,the transfer institution,the transfer procedure and the legal responsibility.Consequently,it is necessary to do research on the link between administrative execution and criminal justice to deal with internet finance cases.This thesis consists of five chapters: Chapter one,introduce the background and significance of writing,research methods,research ideas.Chapter two,analyze the necessity of the link between administrative execution and criminal justice.Chapter three,introduce the confusion between the two functions of the administrative execution and criminal justice in internet finance crime cases,and analyze the problems caused by this phenomena.Chapter four,explain the reasons why obstructions exist in the administrative execution and criminal justice in practice,and resolution to problems above is given.Chapter five,conclusion.
