Shanghai is now facing a severe test of adjusting industrial structure and changing development pattern.Minhang District is also under the pressure from transforming industrial structure and improving the economics environment.The Minhang Business Promotion Center,attached to Minhang District government takes the responsibility of optimizing the industrial structure and increasing merchants' service levels.The Investment Attraction Management System in use by Minhang Business Promotion Center can't be able to perform more effectively now.And along with improving investment promotion work and tracking the merchant projects,investment promotion work meets the bottleneck.A new,diversified,and investment –oriented,management system in need to be realized urgently.This thesis mainly focuses on investment resource management information system,and the research mainly involves the following four aspects:1.Analysis and design investment and corporate services business model.The investment data are now scattered in different departments and the information is presented fragmentally.2.Integrated District Investment Promotion Center and other district-level information in different sectors.By defining the relevant exchange format and rules,different data is integrated and then finally the efficiency of investment management is by improved.3.The definition of investment classification,optimize existing investment processes.Current the method of how to manage the investment introduction activities is relatively backward.Most of the people just use the excel file to collect these information manually.By building investment activity management system module,the management will be more efficiently and analyzable.4.Design and Implementation District Government Investment Introduction Management System.System applies UML modeling,uses GIS Tech,Tomcat mid-ware,J2 EE platform,and uses the SQL Server 2008R2 as the database to keep the data.The functions of the system have been proved to be able to meet the requirements with the good performance of the system after a strict testing.Since the system was come into service on Sep.30 th 2015,the working efficiency of investment attraction management has been improved.
