Research On The Generative Logic And Practical Path Of Governing The Party With Institutions In The New Era

Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China,the CPC central committee has painted a beautiful picture of institutional improvement,and stressed the need to strengthen the party's institutional improvement comprehensively,and put forward the judgment of governing the Party with institution creatively,according to the task “the Party should police itself and impose strict discipline”.Governing the Party with institutions is a realistic exploration to the Party's law of building and governing,and realistic response to building the Party in combination with ideas and deepening institutions in the new ear.It not only inherits the value orientation of governing the party strictly and in accordance with regulations,but also responds to the calling of times for self-innovation,self-improvement and self-discipline of the Party.The report of the 19 th CPC national congress solemnly declared that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the institutional governance of the Party in the new era has shown a good momentum of improving the institutional,promoting the governance concept and highlighting the governance effect,engraving the mark of the new era interms of connotation,function and practice.Based on the historical position and the time coordinates of “the new era”,the article looks at the development of governing the Party with institutions form historical perspective and the vision of the time,by using the method of literature trace and comparison history unified with reality,and theory combined with practice,conducting the study on promotion of institutional governance of the Party form theory basis,connotation and essence,practice and research,and value contribution.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,the current research results of institutional party governance,the research methods and innovations of this paper.The second chapter analyzes the generative logic of institutional party governance from the perspectives of historical generative logic,epochal generative logic and realistic development logic.The third chapter elaborates the rich connotation of party governance in the new era from the perspectives of strategic orientation,multiple dimensions and basic meanings.The fourth chapter discusses the practice and exploration of institutional party governance in the new era from two aspects: the constituent elements and the realization path.Finally,standing in the height of the new era,it expounds the theoretical value and the value of The times of the governing the Party with institutions.Looking at institutional governance by standing on the starting point of the new era,it is not hard to find that,from the Party's institution construction,in transiton to Party building,to institutional governance,it has successfully realized the leap form institution building to Party governance,which reflects the theoretical innovation and practice of the communists in Party construction theory-house of Marxist Party Construction theory to a certain extent,creats the China model,and contributes Chinese wisdom,it has far-reaching meanings to exploring Party management modernization,and promoting the modernization of the national governance.
