Study On The Social Assistance Of The Lost Of Single Child Family In Nanjing

The one-child family is the mainstream of China's one-child family pattern,because of the disease or accident died,destroyed the inverted triangle with the one-child family,the consequence is the birth of the lost of single child family,in recent years,China got more and more the lost of single child families,so we should face the loss of independence of the spirit of the family pension problems and economic problems and we also need to solve these problems.Loss of independence for the group in Nanjing has taken many relief policy,which will provide some basic security in these lost of single child families,the community began to pay more attention to this special group,the lost of single child family problems require detailed analysis of the social work personnel.Therefore,it is of practical significance and theoretical significance to analyze and discuss the problems of the relief and care of the lost of single child familyThis paper adopts literature research method,case study method and questionnaire,taking Nanjing city as an example,analyze the lost of single child family social assistance status in Nanjing,and then from the special support policy is scarce,the lack of professional staffs,relief ability social organization performance evaluation standard is limited,service and other aspects of the lost of single child family social assistance problems.On the basis of this,we analyze the reasons for the social assistance problems of Nanjing's lost of single child families in terms of policy making lag,lack of professional staff,limited social organizations' relief capabilities,and imperfect aid system.Finally,we should improve and improve the social assistance system for the lost of single child family,strengthen the related responsibilities of the government,increase investment and establish a family and community rescue network.This paper puts forward some countermeasures and ideas to solve the problems of the lost of single child families,and to further enhance the awareness and understanding of the lost of single child family society,play a role,to attract the community to give the group more care and help to promote social harmony and healthy development.From multivariate analysis to the coordination and cooperation,the welfare pluralism,social support and the transformation of the government function organically,balance the effective measures and approaches of social interests of all parties,to further clarify the relationship between the duties and obligations of government,society,communities and individuals,to play different social subjects,and constantly improve the level of the help in terms of the lost of single child families.
