Research On The Construction Of Network Mainstream Ideology In China Based On Consensus Theory

The Internet has become the frontier and main battlefield of ideological struggle.General Secretary Xi Jinping profoundly pointed out: On this battlefield,whether we can stand up and win is directly related to China’s ideological security and political security.How to condense ideological consensus,expand the consensus breadth and depth of mainstream ideology in cyberspace,promote the "maximum positive energy" of the Internet as the "maximum variable",and lay a good foundation for network ideology are extremely important problems.This paper takes the consensus theory as the research horizon and the marxist ideology theory as the guidance to discuss the key issue of how to reach the ideological consensus in the cyberspace,in order to establish the consensus system of the mainstream ideology in the cyberspace and continuously promote the consensus process of the mainstream ideology in the cyberspace.Firstly,summarize the basic content of consensus theory.Although the consensus theory is rich in connotation,it has a large and complex system.In order to make it fit with the mainstream ideology construction in cyberspace and to explore the issue of reaching ideological consensus in a more comprehensive and objective way,it is necessary to extract a theoretical clue which is in line with its intrinsic essence and does not violate its spirit essence.On the basis of combing relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper summarizes and refines them from three aspects: dimension,concept and mechanism,so as to establish the theoretical horizon of this paper.Secondly,by combining the consensus theory and marxist ideology theory,this paper expounds the inherent nature of the construction of mainstream ideology of the Internet.From the perspective of consensus theory,the mainstream ideology in cyberspace not only has the common character of ideology,but also has its own characteristic Therefore,in the free and open cyberspace,the construction of mainstream ideology should not be limited to the establishment of authority or the construction of identity,but should seek the "greatest common divisor" on the basis of multiple exchanges,constantly reach ideological consensus,and promote the consensorization process of mainstream ideology in cyberspace.Thirdly,by combining theory with practice,the paper analyzes the situation of China’s network mainstream ideology construction.On the one hand,the development of digital technology,the centralized and unified leadership of the party and the existence of common interests provide a solid foundation for reaching ideological consensus.On the other hand,the mainstream ideology is confronted with such dilemmas as symbolization of cognitive consensus,weakness of belief consensus,absence of behavioral consensus and unitary strategy consensus,which hinder the process of consensus-building of mainstream ideology in cyberspace.Finally,explore measures to reach an ideological consensus in cyberspace.First,we need to foster a vision of consensus based on differences,needs and people.The second is to build a consensus mechanism combining internal interaction and external guidance.Third,at the micro level,we should innovate the consensus means of the mainstream ideology construction of the Internet,in order to expand the consensus scope and depth of the mainstream ideology in the cyberspace.
