| In modern economic society,big shareholders infringe on the interests of small shareholders,a lot of small shareholders lack of favorable legal weapons to protect their own interests.On the one hand,it is very fuzzy for the protection of the minority shareholder in law;on the other hand,small shareholders itself downplay the rights they have,pay more attention to increase assets.Therefore,how to protect the interests of small shareholders has become an important topic in today’s society,but a lot of researches still about how to solve the problem on the surface phenomenon.In this article,the author study it from the source of the company system development to explore the solution of the problem,through the company system to establish objective explore the cause of small shareholders’ interests are violated,then points above all kinds of violations of the way,in the end,through the analysis of all kinds of violations of the way,as reasonable and effective governance recommendations to prevent this kind of phenomenon of regeneration and proliferation. |
