Study On The Yancheng Development And Reform Commission Annual Performance Assessment And Solution Suggestions

2019 is the key year of building a well-off society in an all-round year,nong the central economic conference during 2018.12.19 to 12.21,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China affirmed the economic achievements at first,then pointed out that a combination of cyclical and structural problems brought changes in what was a generally stable economic performance,some of which caused concern.China-US trade frictions ?middle-income trap?increasing economic downward pressure,the internal and international situation is very grim.The meeting held that the key to sustained economic stability and healthy development is to keep the supply-side structural reform as the main line,constantly deepen market-oriented reform,continue to promote the cut ineffective supply,foster new growth drivers,and reduce costs in the real economy,reduce business costs,and enhance the vitality of micro-subjects.However,in the actual situation,local governments are still more interested in attracting investments,the separate situations are not conducive to the overall macro-control.As a comprehensive economic department,Development and Deform Committees are responsible for formulating plans,linking up policies and deepening reforms.They should actively implement the plan of the economic work conference of the CPC Central Committee and coordinate with each other in macro-control work.This paper will take Yancheng Development and Reform Commission as the research object.Yancheng Development and Reform Commission will formulate annual assessment methods according to the annual work plan around July each year,and evaluate the effectiveness of each county and district Development and Reform Commission in completing various policies and measures to promote landing.However,in the process of implementation and promotion,there are still some problems,such as the difficulty of quantifying some indicators and the singleness of evaluation subjects.This paper will study the series of problems existing in the specific work of Yancheng Development and Reform Commission in assessing county and district development and reform committees and put forward countermeasures,constantly improve the evaluation methods,strengthen the ability of business guidance,and promote the sustained,stable and healthy development of the economy around the overall situation of the central work.
