In the recent years,with the rise of China as a global economic power,a large scale of multinational companies(“MNC”)have been attracted to directly invest in China in the form of wholly owned foreign enterprise or joint venture.However this is also a new challenge and risk to these MNCs.This essay,in the view of MNC,analyzed the impact of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act(“FCPA”)on MNCs doing business in china and the enlightenment of compliance review.First,a brief introduction is made on FCPA and its enforcement.Second,based upon the 20 cases collected,the author summarized the character of the FCPA case relating to MNCs doing business in China.At last,corporate compliance is focused on as well as the risk confronted by MNCs in China. |
