This thesis focuses on the issues related to the division of the equity in a limited liability company involved in the judicial practice of the divorce proceedings.According to the couple's different types and ways for holding the equity of the limited liability company,this thesis analyzes the main difficulties and disputed points of the equity division in the divorce proceedings,and explores the different ways to deal with the division of the equity.Meanwhile,putting forward the corresponding solutions on the difficulties in the current divorce proceedings.
