Study On The Education Of Sinicization Of Marxist Jurisprudence

President Xi Jinping emphasized that the most essential task for ideological and political theory course was to implement educational policies of the Communist Party of China to address issues of what talents to cultivate,how to cultivate them and for whom on the symposium of teachers teaching ideological and political theory course on 18 th March,2019.The education of sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence extends the sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence,derives from the theoretical system of the sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence and meanwhile provides jurisprudential guarantee and political basis.Current education of sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence stress professional and vocational education rather than the importance of the education itself.Particularly,many problems existing in this education have not been remedied and solved.When we look back to those issues in modern society,we will find that they relate to the lack of ideal and belief and weakness of national ideology,especially the lack of practical leading,instructing and constraining function of the education of sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence.Therefore,it is vital both in theory and in fact to explore the contemporary value and educational path of education of sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence.Starting from the research of the connotation and latest development of sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence,the paper exploits the construction of the educational system of sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence with research goals of underpinning the education of sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence.In addition,the author explores prominent problems of the education of sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence in the paper and propose accessed and methods to strengthen and improve the education of sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence.Furthermore,the paper points out that scientific discipline system should be established and comply with scientific rules through analyzing top-level design and process of education of sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence.The paper is divided into the following four parts.Firstly,the author illustrates research background and significance,describes the theory of education of sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence and analyzes overseas and domestic research status,innovation and others.Secondly,the border of education of sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence is defined from perspectives of connotation of sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence and education of sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence.The theoretical starting point and research domain are identified,backed on numerous theories,mainly including legal theory of Marxism and Leninism,socialist legal theory with Chinese characteristics,legal thoughts from traditional Chinese culture as well as legal thoughts from western Marxism.Thirdly,the author conducts researches of theoretical analysis and existing problems in the education of the sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence mainly from two dimensions,considering the sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence in this era and figuring out practical paths to promote the sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence education.The paper puts forward strategic requirements of a comprehensive legal country,choices of our ideological and political education's development and objective demands of practicing socialist core values.They are contemporary values of the education of sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence.Moreover,problems existing in the current Chinese education of Marxist jurisprudence are concluded in following three aspects: the monotony of educational mode and carrier,the lack of integrity in the educational environment and the lack of systematic educational process.The part belongs to practical demonstration of this research.Finally,the part is about the practical path towards the education of sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence.The practical ways are proposed to promote the education of sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence,such as promoting it with system construction and perfecting it with theoretical innovation.Main body of optimizing the education of sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence is unfolded in three aspects,strengthening the leadership of the party in the education of sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence,promoting the its education in colleges and universities and enhancing teachers' capability in the the education sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence.The final part expounds how to prosper the education of sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence from two dimensions,publicizing it through all-media and demonstrating it with more typical examples.
