Civil servants are the perpetrators of state power.The attitude of the civil service is directly related to the image of the party and the government.Party committees and governments at all levels should earnestly improve the ability of the civil service to improve their administrative capacity and service capacity.In recent years,the issue of job burnout in the civil service has not only adversely affected the civil service itself,but also reduced the administrative efficiency of the government to a certain extent.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the problem of professional burnout of civil servants.This paper chooses the civil servants in Wenzhou city of Zhejiang province as the research object,and analyzes the problem of professional burnout of civil servants in detail.On the basis of the relevant theory,this paper uses the method of interview and questionnaires to analyze and analyze the data statistics and analysis of SPSS statistical software to understand and analyze the differences of occupational burnout level,the factors influencing the burnout and the personal characteristics of civil servants in Wenzhou And put forward the corresponding interventions.Through the survey can be seen,Wenzhou City civil service job burnout level is mild.The three dimensions of job burnout will be influenced by many factors,including not only the qualifications and the number of years of service,but also the status of marriage,duties and organ level.Finally,according to the analysis results,the proposed intervention.
