Since China’s reform and opening up,China’s poverty alleviation work made great achievements,according to the China’s poverty alleviation and development report from 1981 to 2012 fell by 790 million China’s poor,but Chinese out of poverty a crucial task is not over yet,poverty reduction and development around the world experience shows that children is not only the country’s future and hope,is also the most vulnerable of the poor and disadvantaged groups most in need of policy intervention.The negative effects of child poverty not only show up in childhood,but also affect the ability to acquire skills in adulthood.The long-term effects of poverty may be transmitted through generations,leading families and even countries into a vicious cycle of poverty.Paying attention to the multidimensional poverty of children enriches the original theory of multidimensional poverty of children theoretically.This paper analyzes the causes of children’s poverty from the micro level and makes up for the deficiency of the existing multi-dimensional factors of children’s poverty from the macro level.From the perspective of reality,paying attention to the issue of child poverty is the current practical need of targeted poverty alleviation,and strengthening social attention to the poverty of left-behind children.The establishment of targeted poverty alleviation policies can strengthen the social protection for children,promote the mobility between classes and promote the fair development of society to a certain extent.Prevention in advance and timely measures to save the impact of family absence on left-behind children.At the same time,by improving the productivity and competitiveness of future citizens,China will be able to overcome various challenges under the dual pressures of the current artificial intelligence boom and the aging population process.Based on amartya sen’s feasible ability theory and a-f model,this paper constructs the multidimensional poverty index of rural left-behind children,and studies the multidimensional poverty situation of rural left-behind children systematically with the survey data of jintang county left-behind children.The binary choice model was used for regression to analyze whether the factors of parents’ going out and social interaction made the left-behind children in rural areas more likely to fall into the multidimensional poverty.The study found that parents’ going out does affect the incidence of multidimensional poverty among left-behind children.And children whose parents go out are more likely to fall into multi-dimensional poverty.In addition,the positive interaction with parents,classmates and teachers can reduce the incidence of multidimensional poverty in poor children.By multidimensional poverty and its influencing factors of rural left-behind children in the study,combining with the related theory knowledge,the author thinks that,to improve the left-behind children multidimensional poverty can begin from the following several aspects: first,to increase children’s nutrition knowledge propaganda work,mainly from improve the quality of children’s food,child anorexia psychological guidance,targeted nutrition intake and the most important aspects of the idea of family responsibility;Second,government departments should strengthen policy intervention to create a favorable growth environment for left-behind children.Thirdly,establish a good parent-child relationship and reduce the negative effect of parental absence.Fourth,strengthen the management of school education.This study makes up for the lack of previous studies on the connotation and definition of multidimensional poverty of children,and selects more targeted left-behind children groups as specific research objects.The more scientific a-f multidimensional poverty index measurement method is used to measure the multidimensional poverty situation of left-behind children.However,due to objective reasons,this paper still has the following shortcomings: the limitation of the research sample,the static survey data and the scientific integrity of the measurement indicators to be verified.In the future,I hope that more researchers will join in this research,find accurate indicators applicable to China’s national conditions through continuous practice,and better improve the multidimensional poverty research on children.
