The Practice And Enlightenment Of Governing The Country By The Ruling Parties In Foreign Countries

In today's society,with the increasing development of party politics,it has become a common concern of all countries to enhance the ability of the ruling party to govern the country.Selecting some typical ruling parties from the ruling parties of the world and exploring their practice of ruling the party and the country are of great significance for our party to improve its ability and level of ruling the country and to correctly understand and grasp the ruling law.In fact,the Communist Party of China attaches great importance to absorbing and learning from the outstanding achievements of civilization of all mankind,to seeking common ground while reserving differences with political parties of other countries,to learning from each other,and to learning from the successful experience of foreign ruling parties in governing the country.From the perspective of "governing the country by the ruling party in foreign countries",this paper comprehensively uses three research methods:literature research,comparative research and experience summary,takes theoretical analysis,historical review,practical exploration and enlightenment summary as research ideas,and elaborates the practice of the Singapore People's Action Party,the African National Congress of South Africa and the Swedish Social Democratic Party in governing the party and the country,and then seeks some realistic enlightenments.The full text consists of three parts: introduction,body(five chapters)and conclusion.The introduction mainly introduces the origin of this topic,explains the significance of the research,and introduces the research status,research methods,innovations and shortcomings of this topic.The first chapter examines the principles and methods of the practice of governing the country by the ruling party in foreign countries,including the basic principles,methodology and the basis for choosing the research object of this paper.The People's Action Party of Singapore(PAP)is one of the ruling parties in a multi-party country with strong control over the country and long ruling time,and its own vitality.During its long ruling process,the PAP has accumulated a lot of experience in governing the party and the country.Chapter twodeals with the practice and experience of PAP's internal governance,the main practices and effects of governing the country and the Asia-Pacific region.The dilemma faced by Singapore's domestic and foreign affairs in the construction of the new pattern is expounded theoretically.Chapter three makes a theoretical exposition of the main focus of governance within the African National Congress of South Africa,the main path of governance,the predicament and controversy of promoting reform.As the largest black nationalist party,the African National Congress of South Africa has accumulated many experiences and lessons in running the party and the country since 1994.Chapter four expounds the main idea of the Swedish Social Democratic Party party construction,the basic connotation and construction principle of the Swedish model,and the complications of "high welfare" faced by the Swedish Social Democratic Party.The fifth chapter draws some practical enlightenment from the successful practice of the three foreign ruling parties governing the country.When drawing lessons from the beneficial practices and successful experiences of foreign governing parties and countries,there are many problems to be grasped.For example,we should be good at grasping the universality and particularity of experience generation,consider different national conditions and Party conditions,base ourselves on our national conditions,and start with realizing the great Chinese dream,and rationally identify what is worth learning and learning from foreign relevant practical experience.In addition,we should maintain a broad vision,organically integrate the historical perspective with the global perspective,and organically integrate the acquisition of people's strengths with self-examination.The above three practices and experiences of governing the country by the ruling party in foreign countries have also brought us a lot of inspiration on how to continuously improve the scientific level of Party building,steadily promote the construction of social security system and constantly realize the people's yearning for a better life.
