Research On Government Supervision Of Vehicle Insurance

In recent years,insurance has increasingly demonstrated its unparalleled role as a“stabilizer” and a “booster” in the national economy,and the insurance industry has entered a period of rapid development.As the largest vehicle insurance company with the largest share of property insurance companies,the rapid increase in the number of private car ownership has also developed rapidly in recent years.At the same time,there are some hot issues in the auto insurance market that need to be resolved.Although some actions have been taken by the regulatory authorities on these issues,the results have been minimal.Based on the realistic background of the rapid development of China's vehicle insurance market,this paper uses public management as a research perspective,and uses literature research methods,survey analysis methods,comparative research methods and other methods to combine the relevant theories of government supervision to sort out China's insurance market.The predicament of supervision exists,and the problems and reasons of government supervision are explored.On this basis,combined with the relevant advanced supervision experience abroad,the revision strategy of government supervision of China's motor vehicle insurance market is proposed.The article is divided into five parts.The first part of the introduction mainly expounds the background and significance of the topic,research ideas and methods,innovation points and difficulties.The second part is the theoretical basis of insurance supervision.The third part is the problem of vehicle insurance supervision at this stage.The fourth part analyzes the main causes of the existing problems,including the imperfect regulatory legal system and lack of operability;the single supervisory body;the unreasonable choice of supervision mode and the imperfect supervision of solvency.The fifth part compares the insurance supervision of three developed countries and finds the similarities and differences.Finally,the sixth part gives its own improvement measures: improve the legal system of vehicle insurance supervision,improve the level of legislation;improve the subject of vehicle insurance supervision;strengthen and improve the supervision of market behavior;promote the construction of automobile insurance information.
