Study On Compensation Method For Damage Of Mining Under Building

Coal is currently the main energy source in China,and coal-based energy demand will not fundamentally change in a short period of time.With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,the demand for coal resources has also increased substantially.However,China's "three down" pressure coal problem is quite serious.Most of the coal resources are overwhelmed by buildings because of coal resources.Mining damage caused by underground mining is also becoming increasingly serious.Researching mining damage compensation is an important issue in the field of mine surveys,and relates to the sustainable mining of mining areas and the harmony and stability of mining communities.This article focuses on the problems of damage caused by coal mining in coal mining and systematically describes the provisions and protections of mining rights and building property rights in the laws and regulations such as the "Coal Law","Mineral Resources Law" and"Property Rights Law".The principle of mining subsidence and the law of damage caused by mining are described.The specific content of the damage tolerance index for building mining is described.That is,the value of critical deformation of a building is not exceeded under normal circumstances.The exploitation of mining resources based on the�Property Law" is for the public interest of the country.The right holders of real estate must provide appropriate facilities when necessary,and require them to tolerate the principle of minor injury from the right holders of adjacent real estate,and to clarify the rights and obligations of coal companies and property owners of coal-pressed buildings.It points out that when mining damage under construction does not exceed tolerance,a new model of damage compensation for mining under construction is proposed,which provides a feasible method for solving the problem of mining damage compensation.
