The Research On The Administrative Ethics Anomie Of The Local Government’s Digital Governance In Jiangxi Province

With the rapid development of digital technology,the digital governance model of digital technology in government governance provides a large amount of effective information for government decision-making and services,involves intelligent and high-quality public services.The theoretical research and practical exploration of digital governance have gradually become hot issues all over the world.This paper,by combing the research trends of digital governance and administrative ethics at home and abroad.It shows that the study of administrative ethics anomie of digital governance is like “Rare”.Therefore,this paper from the perspective of administrative subjects,discusses the administrative ethics anomie of digital governance in Jiangxi Province,makes up for the shortcomings of the current digital governance research perspectives and entry points,also further enriches and develops digital governance,administrative ethics and roles theory.It has important value for the construction of service-oriented government and the improvement of government governance efficiency.This study combines the multidisciplinary knowledge of public management,political science,and administrative ethics,uses a variety of research methods such as literature research and case studies.The innovation of the research lies in the construction of a new research window.analyzes the current situation of digital governance development,the problems and causes of ethics in Jiangxi Province digital governance,and propose relevant administrative ethical paths,then provides new perspectives and ideas to study the digital governance at the same level in China.This study attempts to explore the issue of digital governance in Jiangxi Province from the perspective of ethics and morality,and draws the following conclusions: First,due to conflicts between administrative personnel power,roles and interests,Jiangxi Province digital governance exists four types of administrative ethical anomie,institutional ethics,ethical relations,ethical responsibilities and value.Second,speed up the construction of administrative system ethics,build an organizational ethics,strengthen the sense of administrative personnel responsibility and ethical autonomy to become a feasible path of Jiangxi Province digital governance.Third,to promote the leap-forward development of digital governance should pay attention to temperature with the sense of righteousness,from the perspective of administrative subject to carry out the system design,therefore the digital governance can satisfy both the technical orientation and humanization requirements.
