Discussion On Urban Road Traffic Management Under The Perspective Of Public Service

The level of urban road traffic management is directly related to the planning,development and progress of the city.It is not only the product of the combination of the management’s theory and actual work experience,but also an important content of the functional Department’s planning and implementation of public management.Urban road traffic management involves a wide range of areas.Therefore,by implementing the law,scienc,and reasonable management of road traffict,can meet the subjective requirements of people’s safety,unimpeded and convenient travel needs.It is also an objective requirement for building a low-carbon,efficien,green and harmonious society.Bayannaoer City is a prefecture-level city in Western Inner Mongolia,with Baotou in the East,Alxa League in the Wes,the Yellow River and Ordos in the South,and Mongolia in the North;Hetao Plain is known as the "Sealing Jiangnan" reputation.The city’s organic milk production accounts for more than half of the country’s total,and agricultural and animal products are ranked first in Inner Mongolia.It is the country’s largest plush production base.Recently,Cofco entered Bayannaoer City,and the "Talent Hetao" industry went to all parts of the country.It will effectively promote related agricultural and sideline products with the theme of Hetao Plain flour from regional sales to all parts of the country.Road traffic is an important carrier that connects all directions and exports resources in Bayannaoer City and plays an important role.However,the rapid increase in the number of drivers and motor vehicles in Bayannaoer City,the uneven quality of traffic participants,the limited law enforcement level of traffic law enforcement,and the repeated prohibition of road traffic violations have brought great pressure on urban road traffic management.Based on the integration and induction of relevant documents at home and abroad,this paper theoretically expounds related concepts such as public service,new public service,and urban road traffic management.And from the perspective of public servic,take the present situation of road traffic management in Bayannaoer as an entry point,take the public management theory as an analysis platform,and take the road traffic management department as an effective function;As far as the problems of road traffic management in Bayannaoer City are concerned,the reasons for the problems in the road traffic management process in Bayannaoer City are analyzed from the aspects of overall road traffic planning and road traffic management system.And from the planning and design level,social level,management level and other aspects of the current Bayannaoer city road traffic management problems put forward feasible measures.
