Research On Xi Jinping's Youth Ideological And Political Education

"The hope of the country is in the youth,and the future of the nation is in the youth".As a new force in the development of national and national undertakings,young people play an important role in China's socialist modernization drive.As a Marxist party,our Party has always attached great importance to young people,especially to the ideological and political education of young people.However,with the rapid development of economy and society,some problems have arisen in the growth of young people in the complicated domestic and international environment.XiJinping attached great importance to this situation and discussed the importance,goals and contents of ideological and political education for young people in a series of conferences,lectures,speeches and letters.Xi Jinping pointed out: "The ideological and political work is related to the fundamental issue of what kind of people are trained,how to cultivate people,and who is trained for people." Therefore,in the new era,the theme of Xi Jinping's discussion on youth ideological and political education will be taken as a topic for comprehensive and systematic analysis,and it will be used as the guiding ideology for guiding youth ideological and political work in the new era.It has important theoretical and practical significance for improving the effect and quality of ideological and political education.This article mainly studies Xi Jinping's youth ideological and political education from four parts.The first part is introduction.The introduction focuses on the purpose and significance of Xi Jinping's research on youth ideological and political education,the current situation at home and abroad,and the research methods and innovations of this article.The second part mainly discusses the theoretical origin and background of the formation and development of Xi Jinping's discourse on youth ideological and political education,namely,that Xi Jinping's discourse on youth ideological and political education is based on the theory of youth ideological and political education inherited from Marxist classical writers and historical leaders of the Communist Party of China.Produced and developed in response to the needs of the times and social development.The third part is the part of this article which focuses on the discussion and research.Itmainly expounds Xi Jinping's basic views on youth ideological and political education.On the target task,we regard the Lide Shuren as the fundamental task and train the builders and successors of all-round development as the fundamental goal.In principle,the emphasis is on adhering to the principle of "two consolidation",the principle of unity between education and talent,and the principle of adhering to change from thing to thing,advancing from time to time,and adapting to the situation;In terms of content,it emphasizes the education of socialist core values,ideals,beliefs,etc..In terms of methods,it advocates the adoption of model models,the unity of knowledge and practice,and the cultural fumigation method;In terms of basic characteristics,it is emphasized that Xi Jinping's ideological and political education for youth has the basic characteristics of unity of guidance and permeability,unity of science and times,unity of inheritance and innovation,and unity of nationality and world.The fourth part discusses the value of Xi Jinping's youth ideological and political education,and points out that Xi Jinping's ideological and political education has important theoretical value,practical value and international value.
