Exploring The Application Of Government New Media Matrix In Community Governance

In 2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly stated in the report of the 19th National Congress to create a new social governance pattern of co-construction and sharing.In this social context,social governance as a key factor affecting social civilization and progress,social stability and harmony has become a hot topic of wide concern.At the same time,with the whole society paying attention to and successively exploring the development path of "Internet+",the construction of new government media is the presentation of the concept of "Internet+Government Service",which has become an inevitable choice for government departments to govern the country and conduct social governance.In 2011,the first year of China's government microblogging,the new media of government affairs with the "two micro-ends" as the main form has grown rapidly.Various government units have opened new media accounts and gradually expanded into a matrix system with a certain scale.The new government media plays an important role in the government's administration and politics,disseminating mainstream public opinion,communicating and guiding the masses,and resolving various social contradictions,and has been highly valued by the state.In 2018,the General Office of the State Council issued a policy document,which clearly requires that a complete and mature government media matrix system be fully completed by 2020.This paper takes the grassroots government and community management departments as the starting point for the governance of square dance activities.From the perspective of community governance and new government media,combined with on-the-spot investigation and in-depth interviews with grassroots government public officials,through the analysis of interview qualitative texts.As well as the observation and use of the new media platform for government affairs,understand the community governance concept and community management model of local government leaders,and focus on exploring the use and development of government new media in the process and its role.Finally,it is concluded that the formation of government community governance policies has a certain lag.Managers lack Internet thinking and community informationization.Community managers still use traditional methods such as door-to-door communication and publicity to carry out community governance work through grassroots governments(streets).The office,the neighborhood committee,the property,the residents and the multi-subjects of the social organization consulted together to seek mutual agreement,and then reached a consensus.The manager then adjusted the governance strategy,resolved the conflict and strengthened the mutual understanding of the community residents by combining various resources of the community and other factors.A sense of identity.However,although the new media of government affairs is not used in community governance and its development is not mature,it is difficult to give full play to its advantages and functions.However,it also shows initial construction results,and promotes the improvement of the efficiency of providing comprehensive services and administrative governance in the jurisdiction.In the future,the new media matrix system of local government affairs needs to be improved in many aspects.Both the community and government agencies need to strengthen information construction,improve the quality and efficiency of grassroots government services and governance communities,and enhance people's rights through smart decision-making and smart services.The government serves the people's sense of trust,closes the relationship between the government and the people,and builds a socialist harmonious society.
