Research On Informatization Construction Of County Procuratorate

As part of the development of national e-government,the informatization construction of the procuratorate is not only the established content of the informatization construction of national government agencies,but also the inevitable requirement for implementing the strategy of science and technology strengthening the procuratorate.The informatization construction of the procuratorate began in the 1990 s and has gone through multiple steps and stages.With the development of internet and communication technologies since the 21 st century,especially in recent years,China has adopted mobile Internet,cloud computing,and data,5G and other cutting-edge technologies have realized the "curve overtaking" and "after arriving first" in the field of network communication,the procuratorate have gradually deepened their understanding of informatization construction,and the integration of procuratorial business and informatization through information technology has become the times need and the general trend.However,since the informatization construction of the procuratorate is a systematic project,science and technology is improving,its content,requirements and standards change dynamically.In the process of informatization construction of the procuratorate,a series of new difficulties and questions have emerged.The purpose of this paper is to select the informatization construction of N County Procuratorate in X City as a research sample,analyze the basic structure and implementation status of its informatization construction,summarize the existing problems and generalize the reasons,and then put forward targeted opinions.By analogy,it provides constructive advice for the development of informatization of county-level procuratorial organs.The full paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is an overview of the informatization construction of the procuratorate.It introduces the basis of the informatization construction of the procuratorial organs by enclosing the relevant concepts of informatizationconstruction.From the historical dimension,the five representative development stages of the informatization construction of the procuratorate are explained in turn,and finally from the state,the people and the procuratorate themselves evaluated the significance of the informatization construction of the procuratorate.The second chapter introduces the present situation and problems of information Construction of N County Procuratorate in X City.It firstly introduces the basic situation of the research sample of this paper--N County Procuratorate in X City,then Introduces four aspects of the informatization construction of the procuratorate,including the infrastructure,information system and platform,software application,and publicity of procuratorial work.From the construction situation,operation situation and management situation,the basic structure and implementation status of the four aspects will be clearly explained,from the status quo the existing problems in information construction are found:information infrastructure needs to be improved,information system function is not ideal,informatization software is not running smoothly,the function of publicity of procuratorial work is missing.The third chapter focuses on the reasons for the problems in the information construction of N County Procuratorate in X City.For the problems existing in the informatization construction of the procuratorate,finds the cause of the problems from the perspective of the procuratorate itself,the external environment,subjective aspect,objective aspect.Based on analysis,there are four reasons:the foundation of information construction is not strong,informatization system resources exchange,sharing is not high,informatization construction,taking into account the supply side,the service side is weak,the construction of publicity of procuratorial work is not perfect.The fourth chapter mainly elaborates the countermeasures to improve the informatization construction of county-level procuratorial organs.In view of the problems and causes of the informatization construction of theprocuratorate,this chapter starts from strengthening the capacity of county-level procuratorate information construction and improving the efficiency of prosecutorial effectiveness,and proposes corresponding countermeasures for the above problems and causes.Strengthen the basic guarantee of information construction,improve the integrated environment of smooth and external sharing of data resources,informatization construction adheres to problem-oriented and demand-oriented,improve the information construction of publicity of procuratorial work.I hope that these can further deepen the theoretical foundation and practical exploration for the informatization construction of county-level procuratorial organs.In a word,this paper takes the information construction of county-level procuratorial organs as the research object,finds its existing problems,and proposes targeted countermeasures,in order to build an innovative procuratorial organ,to achieve standardization of law enforcement,scientific management of troops,and modernization of procuratorial indemnification,modernization of procuratorial governance capabilities provides intellectual support.
