With the continuous development of economic globalization, the frequent fluctuations in international capital flows have also led to the increasingly rampant international money laundering activities, which have seriously affected international economic and political security.Anti-money laundering has become a problem that the international community needs to face together, and it has become an important task for each country to vigorously implement. This paper uses literature research, inductive and deductive methods, case studies and comparative studies to carry out relevant research. It introduces the systematic course of anti-money laundering work in China's banking industry, and summarizes the existing problems. In our country, there is no consensus in the concrete supervision and management practice, and there is no necessary initiative to carry out the anti-money laundering work, and the financial institutions have a low degree of participation in the fine sharing. Therefore,in order to effectively stimulate the participation of various anti-money laundering entities in our country,we should introduce the corresponding incentive compensation mechanism as soon as possible, enhance the work responsibilities of anti-money laundering entities, and then form a more effective anti-money laundering network. This paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of understanding of the issue of anti-money laundering, the poor implementation of the system, and the lack of effectiveness of bank execution, and considers the People's Bank of China as the main supervisory and administrative department in China's anti-money laundering work. Its responsibility is to integrate the close cooperation of other relevant financial institutions and promote the overall strengthening of supervision and management responsibilities of various financial institutions. For commercial banks in order to extend the needs of customers and lower the threshold of supervision, the People's Bank of China should actively carry out the introduction and implementation of regulatory measures, reduce various regulatory loopholes, and give criminals no opportunity to take advantage of.Banks and other anti-money laundering departments should actively use high-tech means to strengthen the supervision and management of electronic financial transactions and online banking transactions, and ensure that relevant data are effectively screened and processed in a timely manner, thus improving the quality of anti-money laundering work.Enhancing the effectiveness of oversight. If suspicious problems are detected, the anti-money laundering work should be reported in a timely manner, and the transaction status of the account should be closely monitored and measures should be taken to correct them in a timely manner.
