Study On The Management Of Hollow Villages In Guangxi Mountainous Areas Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The report of the 19th CPC National Congress pointed out:socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the principal contradiction in our society has been transformed into a contradiction between the growing needs of the people for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development.[1]Cheng Shiyong.Building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and the construction of a biochemical poverty alleviation model in the larger situation[J].Hubei Social Science,2018,(1).]At present,the level of social productive forces in China is gradually improving,but the imbalance between urban and rural development is still very prominent,and the even more prominent problem is the imbalance and inadequacy of rural development.The imbalance of rural development is mainly manifested in the large gap between urban and rural development,backward infrastructure,low level of public services,inadequate rural development mainly manifested in rural natural resources idle or even abandoned,the efficiency of resource development is not high.The problem of unbalanced rural development is especially obvious in the mountainous area of the mountain area.At present,in the mountainous area of Guangxi,because of the backward infrastructure,the public service level is low,the population of the large number of mountain villages is more concentrated and the public service level is higher,resulting in the lack of the main body of the mountain village.Due to the lack of the construction of the main body,the problem of the mountain village is a vicious circle of bad situation development,which is not conducive to the allocation of resources in our country,and seriously restricts the overall development of the society.To this end,it is imperative to carry out the "management of the hollow village in the mountain area",and based on the actual situation,the paper selects the village of Binzhou Town,Binyang County,Guangxi as the research object,the field visits and the investigation,and the first-hand resources,and through the analysis of the present situation of the mountain village,the plight of the governance and its causes,In combination with the theory of collaborative governance,to achieve the goal of the rural revitalization strategy,it is pointed out that the actual governance strategy is put forward,which provides a new thought for the management of the villageundefineds hollow village,and provides a reference for the early realization of the rural development strategy.
