Research On Wang Jinmei’s Thought Of Party Building

The thought of party building plays an important role in strengthening the leadership and building the party.Wang Jinmei was an important organizer and leader of the early party organization in Shandong province,and one of the founders of the communist party of China.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the forming condition of Wang Jinmei’s thought of party building.This paper introduces the forming conditions of Wang Jinmei’s thought of party building both in theory and in practice.The spread of Marxism-leninism theory is the theoretical origin of Wang Jinmei’s thought of party building.The vigorous development of the workers’movement,the smooth development of the cooperation between The Kuomintang and the communist party as well as the growing environment and personal experience of Wang Jinmei are the practical basis of Wang Jinmei’s thoughts on party building.The second part is the historical evolution of Wang Jinmei’s thought of party building.It mainly includes three stages:germination,initial formation and rapid development.From 1918 to 1920,Wang Jinmei had a preliminary understanding of Marxism-leninism theory and party building.Coupled with the ideological,organizational and cadre basis he had in Shandong at that time,Wang Jinmei’s party building thought began to sprout.About in 1921 spring to 1921 winter,Marxist-leninist theory is applied in practice ceaselessly,be tested,his party builds a thought to also be formed preliminarily.From 1922 to 1925,when Wang Jinmei was leading the workers’movement,he closely combined the Marxist theory with the practice of the workers’movement,pushing forward his thought of party building.The third part is the main content of Wang Jinmei’s thought of party building.This part elaborates Wang Jinmei’s party building thought from three aspects:ideological construction,organizational construction and style construction.Ideological construction includes strengthening the party’s ideological and political education and studying Marxist theory;We should seek truth from facts and guide revolutionary practice with Marxist theory.Organizational construction includes the construction of grass-roots organizations and the ranks of cadres and party members.Style construction includes linking theory with practice and keeping close contact with the masses.The fourth part,Wang do the United States thought of the distinctive characteristics of party building.This part analyzes and summarizes the basic characteristics of Wang Jinmei’s thought of party building by combining his revolutionary work experience,that is,the theory of party building is closely combined with scientific thinking,the theory of party building is closely combined with work practice,and the theoretical development of party building is compatible with the process of party building activities.This is the distinctive characteristic that Wang Jinmei connects his revolutionary work practice to show.The fifth part,Wang do the great significance of the thought of party building.This part,combined with the background of The Times,analyzes and summarizes the significance of Wang Jinmei’s party building thought,which is mainly manifested in enriching the party building theory of Marx and Engels,making an early exploration of Mao Zedong’s party building thought,and helping to guide the party building work in the new era.
