Research On The Relationship Between The Communist Party Of China And The International Conference Of The Communist And The Workers' Parties

In order to enhance the unity and strength of the socialist countries in the 50 s and60s of the 20 th century,under the auspices of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union,three international conferences of the Communist and the Workers' Parties(known as the "Moscow Conference")were held in the Moscow,which promoted the world communism and the national liberation movement of third world countries.At that time,the Communist Party of China,as the second largest socialist country after the Soviet Union,actively participated in the international conference of the Communist and the Workers' Parties after founding the P.R China and learned from the experience of the Soviet Union in building socialism,It also had a far-reaching impact on how to understand and construction socialism.At the same time,the Chinese Communist Party has continued to mature in the subsequent Sino-Soviet debates and formed a socialist development model with Chinese characteristics.After the drastic changes in the Soviet Union and the Soviet Union,with the initiating of the Greek Communist Party,the first International Conference of the Communist and Workers' Parties was held in Athens on May 2,1999.Since then,the International Conference of the Communist and the Workers' Parties of the Contemporary World has grown up,It takes on the greater radiation and influence in strengthening exchanges and sharing information among the Communist Parties of the world.At the same times,it also has a positive effect on promoting the world socialist movement.As the ruling party of the world's largest socialist country,the Communist Party of China has always maintained close relationships with the conference and then joined the Working Group of the International Conference of the Communist and the Workers' Parties in 2017.At the new historical starting point,the Chinese Communist Party should summarize historical experience and lessons.The Communist Party of China should adhere to the four principles of inter-party communication,dilute ideological differences,respect differences or seek common ground while reserving differences,strengthen dialogue and exchanges,and push the world socialist movement out of the low tide in handling of inter-party relations.This article takes the relationships between the Communist Party of China and theinternational conferences of the Communist and the Workers' Parties in the two periods as the research context,and analyzes and develops the relationship between the Chinese Communist Party and the conference in different periods from the perspective of integrity.The article consists of four parts,the first part takes the meeting as the entry point and it sorts out the historical background and process of the international conference of the Communist and the Workers' Parties in two periods,then it comprehensively grasps the conditions and development of the meeting.The second part,from the perspective of historical research,it gives a detailed introduction to the proposition of the Chinese Communist Party and the relationship between the conferences.The third part explains the stage of the Communist Party of China's participation in the international conference of the Communist and the Workers' Parties.The fourth part summarizes the historical experience and puts forward some suggestions on how the Chinese Communist Party should develop with the conferences in the new era.
