United States is a country that loves associations.It is one of the countries with the largest number of labor unions.It has won generous treatment for workers and has great prestige among workers.Moreover,the US labor unions have exerted an important influence on the country’s legislation and policies through political participation,and it is one of the most influential political interest groups in the United States.This article is divided into three parts.The first part introduces the relevant concepts and development history of American labor unions.Through the understanding and understanding of the basic situation of American labor unions,the characteristics of American labor unions are summarized,and it can be seen that there is a close relationship between American labor unions and politics.The second part analyzes the influence of labor unions on American politics through collective bargaining,lobbying activities,demonstrations,and strikes.It is manifested in legislation,administration,party politics,and foreign policy.The third part is the conclusion part.It analyzes the influence of labor unions’ influence on politics in many aspects on the political life of the United States,and summarizes the enlightenment on the development of labor unions in other countries.The United States’ practice of allowing labor unions to participate in politics,although it has its drawbacks,is generally successful.Both successful experiences and failed lessons are valuable assets for unions in other countries.
