Research On The International Influence Of Socialist Core Values

After the long-term strenuous efforts,the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era and the development of socialist cultural cause with Chinese characteristics has become more prosperous.As the soul in the soft power of Chinese culture,the socialist core values have achieved remarkable results in the cultivation and promotion at home.But beyond,major countries are constantly improving their "hard power",and simultaneously paying more and more attention to the domestic self-construction and the communication of cultural "soft power" abroad,which is more conducive to their own competition for international discourse rights.Yet,the international influence of socialist core values has not been satisfactory.Therefore,how to actively promote the international communication of socialist core values and continuously enhance the international influence accordingly has become a major strategic issue for China.This thesis mainly conducts a comprehensive study on the advancement of the international communication of socialist core values and the promotion of their international influence.It sorts out and analyzes the significance and necessity of the socialist core values' "going global",the existing influence and constraining factors as well as the countermeasures toward how to further enhance the international influence of socialist core values in the future.This can be helpful to promote the international visibility and appeal of China's socialist core values,and provide a reference for solidly promoting the construction of a socialist cultural major country.At present theoretical research and practice to strengthen the international influence of China's socialist core values are still at an immature stage.A scientific and perfect external communication system has not been established yet,and the core values are disseminated only through the regular exchanges in terms of economy,trade and culture.There exist multiple problems in the content,form,model and professionalism of communcation,which has caused restraints in the international influence of socialist core values.In contrast,the core values of Western countries,especially those in the United States,have now occupied the commanding heights of international discourse power through the use of strong economic and technological advantages and an external communication system has been developed as well.Western counterparts' excellent experience in external communication deserves our critical absorption and reference.However,their negative impact on the international influence of China's socialist core values also requires our particular attention at the same time.After analyzing the status quo of socialist core values and drawing on the successful experience of Western countries,we have to ascertain correct mechanisms of communication content,subject,route and effect evaluation and formulate a complete system of international communication which is scientifically standardized and highly efficient by means of combining with China's national conditions and strengthening academic research,thus continuously enhancing the international influence of socialist core values.We believe that the improvement of the international influence of socialist core values is based on the correct scientific international communication and the two are indispensable and inseparable.They cannot be fragmented in practical implantation and cannot merely be empty objectives.Only when these two can coordinate and complement,can the socialist core values be promoted to the center of the world stageThe formation of international influence of the socialist core values is only in the initial phase,and there is still a long way to achieve our expected goals.It is necessary to continuously accumulate experience,learn from failed lessons,and explore a path suitable for its own national conditions in practice.
