to the administrative framework and seriously affected the function of its autonomy.Under the general environment of public service outsourcing in China the outsourcing of community government service has become an exploration to alleviate the pressure of community neighborhood committees on community administrative affairs.Since the implementation of the government’s purchase of community government services in the W District of Chengdu since 2014,it has had an impact on various aspects in the implementation of the policy for several years.Community administration is the inevitable result of the top-down community construction path in China.The community neighborhood committee is more regarded as a subordinate institution of the street office,which gives a heavy social affairs management function,which leads to the function of its social self-governing organization.Seriously hindered,the community residents’ self-government is not healthy.The excessive government service undertaken by the neighborhood committee is a prominent manifestation of the community administration.The various heavy government services have firmly restricted the community within the practice to conduct multi-party analysis,explores the various impacts of government service outsourcing on the community neighborhood committee,relieves the community administrative burden,safeguards the residents’self-governance rights,promotes grassroots social governance innovation,and promotes the stable operation of the state and society is of great significance.The research content of this paper is mainly divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction.Explain the research background and research significance of this paper,sort out the theoretical results of related research at home and abroad,and analyze some shortcomings of its existence.At the same time,the research hypothesis of this paper is proposed,which explains the specific research design,including research
