Since the advent of WeChat,its user volume has grown rapidly for many years,and the WeChat circle of friends has gradually been used by some users as a new platform for buying and selling goods.This WeChat circle of friends has opened up a new type of shopping platform for the Internet economy to some extent,namely the mobile social network shopping platform.And because C2 C WeChat Shopping uses WeChat as the carrier,the products sold are targeted to WeChat users in the circle of friends,so it provides a certain convenience in terms of consumers meeting their own needs.At the same time,due to the easy entry,simple operation,flexible and free work,it promotes employment.However,with the growth of the C2 C micro-business team,some bad buying and selling behaviors have complicated the social environment in WeChat,and various issues have occurred frequently,and many problems have followed.Such as the lack of third-party platforms,the lack of integrity of operators,and other issues,coupled with the current laws and regulations on the C2 C WeChat shopping supervision is not perfect,it is often seen in the circle of friends are all advertising,bought products are not standard,want to return extremely Difficulties and other conditions,and because these problems are not effectively resolved,the buyers of C2 C WeChat shopping are in a very unfavorable situation.At present,there is very little research on C2 C WeChat shopping.How to solve the problems existing in it to protect the rights and interests of consumers has become an urgent problem to be solved,which has strong practical significance.In addition to the introduction,this article is divided into the following four parts:The first part of this article mainly describes the basic situation of C2 C WeChat shopping.Including the concept,operation mode and characteristics of WeChat shopping,the reality that consumers are vulnerable to violations and rights protection in WeChat shopping.According to different situations,we can divide the micro-business behavior into two types.One thinks that the micro-business is only using WeChat as the place to conduct the trading;the other is that the micro-business is the company or the individual uses various chat dating software as the tool and passes A wide range of targeted marketing campaigns that offer users a variety ofactivities for goods or services.In the traditional sense,the derivative can be divided into several modes: B2 C,C2C,and B2C2C(C2C2C).This paper mainly discusses the protection of consumer rights and interests of WeChat platform shopping from the C2 C model.The second part discusses the legislative situation and the existing problems of China’s C2 C WeChat shopping.The newly introduced "Electronic Commerce Law" as a guiding law for the electric business community has no specific regulations on C2 C WeChat shopping,and other laws and regulations have no relevant regulations in this regard.Aiming at the legislative situation in reality,the analysis shows that the problems of fake goods in C2 C WeChat shopping,lack of supervision,insecure trading links,and difficulties in defending rights after the transaction are prominent,and the legitimate rights and interests of consumers are seriously threatened.The third part elaborates the management system of social e-commerce in developed countries,and analyzes the regulations on the protection of consumer rights by American and Japanese laws,as well as the Facebook and Line platforms themselves.Relevant measures,and derive certain experience from the aspects of perfecting legal provisions,clarifying social platform responsibilities,improving consumer remedies,and clarifying shopping integrity mechanisms.In the fourth part,based on the analysis of the previous content,some feasible suggestions are proposed.A sound access system for C2 C WeChat shopping.For example,the micro-signal is reviewed to force individual sellers to register;the responsibilities of the WeChat platform are strengthened,and supervision within the platform is strengthened.The second is to improve the trading system of C2 C WeChat shopping,such as refining the responsibility evaluation system,improving the complaint mechanism,and improving the third-party payment platform.The third is to improve the dispute handling system of C2 C WeChat shopping,that is,we can implement the advance payment of WeChat platform,integrate the characteristics of online shopping into arbitration and small-scale litigation system,and deal with the disputes in C2 C WeChat shopping.
