Rebuilding In Tear:A Logical Interpretation Of The Construction Of New Rural Community

For a long time,the traditional rural community survived in the binary structure of urban and rural,living environment,economic conditions,public services have a big gap.The construction of new rural communities is an important starting point for urban and rural coordinate development to meet the needs of farmers.New rural community construction has been in China in full swing for several years,and in the ascendant.However,due to its value objectives,the direction of construction is not clear,in the construction process caused a lot of controversy.The news of Henan"million people community" became unfinished building in the early 2017 are shocking.What is the problem and how to build a new type of rural community is one of the important issues related to China's economic and social transformation.In this paper,through the combination of theory and case,trying to explain the logical direction and construction path of the new rural community.In addition to the introduction,concept and theoretical basis,the main body of this article consists of four parts:In the first part,based on the theoretical basis of historical institutionalism,the new rural community is placed in the macro view of history.Through the historical process of western community,the generation logic of urban community in our country,the historical change of rural grassroots organization and management system,analyze the historical logic of the new rural community.At the same time,bring the construction master of new rural communities-farmers into the analysis of vision,their behavioral logic and life expectation of rural community should be the focus of attention,in order to reveal the value of new rural community construction and logical conversion.In the second part,based on the theoretical basis of structural functionalism,this paper analyzes the four structures of residence,economy,organization and culture before and after the construction of new rural communities,and the implementation of the living communication functions,production living functions,organizational service functions and cultural aggregation function,through field investigation taking XH central community in Henan province as an example.This part is based on the theoretical hypothesis that the different parts of the social structure bear different social functions and the lack of functional performance will lead to the change of social structure.Through the case analysis,it is considered that the change of structure is tearing,is instantaneous,and the corresponding function of the change is necessary to cultivate,is a path-dependent,in the short term appears as a fracture state.The contradiction led to the current throe of the new rural community,it is difficult to achieve the original intention of its construction.In the third part,by drawing lessons from Japan's practice in collaborative advancing of the village structure and living function,economic structure and agricultural versatility,organizational structure and mutual aid service function,cultural structure and social integration function of organic integration in modern rural construction,learn from useful experience.In the fourth part,try to construct the construction path of the new rural community from the perspectives of living space,economic development,public service and cultural identity:reconstructing the village,constructing the organic living community;revitalizing agriculture,paying attention to the versatility of agriculture;bring benefit to farmers,equalization of basic public services;memory remodeling,enhance community culture identity.
