Research On The Integrity View Of The National Athletes Under The Vision Of Sports Power

Honesty is the cornerstone of modern society.It plays an important role in strengthening people's inner belief,regulating external behaviors,shaping moral ideals,and implementing healthy lifestyle.Since the reform and opening up,China has made great progress in sports credit construction,but at the same time,with the rapid influx of the tide of market economy,China has not built a credit system to match,resulting in a large number of sports credit deficiency in the field of sports emerged.As the top talent of China's sports and the focus of social attention,the study of national team athletes' sports integrity is of great significance to improve the level of integrity of national team athletes,promote the development of sports and accelerate the construction of a sports power.The purpose of this study is to provide some theoretical references for the honesty construction of national team athletes in reality through in-depth investigation and theoretical analysis.This study sorted out the data on the integrity of national team athletes from 2008 to 2018,and used the method of literature,case analysis,questionnaire and expert interview.The typical cases of credibility deficiency in different sports were selected to summarize the types of credibility deficiency of national team athletes.This paper analyzes the historical development of the same sports item and points out the forms of the lack of integrity of the national team athletes.Multi-angle and multi-subject comparative analysis to explore the deep reasons for the lack of integrity of national team athletes;In accordance with the new requirements of the new era for sports work,this paper explores the methods and paths for the construction of the values of integrity of national team athletes.Through the research,it is found that there are three main types of credibility loss of national team athletes: doping abuse,age fraud and false competition.On the basis of analyzing the types of credit deficiency,this study summarizes and summarizes the causes of credit deficiency of national team athletes,including imperfect laws and regulations,design defects of competition rules,and imperfect supervision and punishment mechanism.The values of integrity are weak,sportsmanship is lost,and sportsmanship is declining.This study believes that the governance of the lack of integrity of the national team athletes in the new era should start from two aspects: one is to promote and improve the sports legislation and system construction,improve the sports competition system,strengthen the sports legal publicity and supervision,improve the integrity of the reward and punishment mechanism;Second,the main body of education should pay attention to the guidance of honesty,guide athletes to establish correct sports values,strengthen the ideal and belief education of athletes,demonstrate the role of moral model and improve the social moral evaluation system.
