Study On The Problem Of Rural Old-Age Care In Xihe Town,Shaoguan City,Guangdong Province

The report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)proposed to build a policy system and social environment for providing for the aged,showing filial piety and respect for the aged,promote the integration of medical care and old-age care,and accelerate the development of undertakings and industries for the aged.At present,China has entered an accelerated aging society,and has shown the characteristics of large number,rapid development,large urban-rural differences,obvious regional differences,empty-nest,aging and so on.China is a large agricultural country,farmers account for the majority of the national population,rural elderly pension problems increasingly prominent,become a period of time in the future we must strive to solve social problems.In the economically backward rural areas,due to the large number of young labor force going out,the function of family pension is gradually weakened.The traditional family pension is not enough to deal with the challenges of the aging society alone,and the rural social pension service system is facing a huge crisis.Therefore,how to improve the rural old-age service under the premise of fully respecting the willingness of the rural elderly has become an urgent problem to be solved in the construction of the rural social old-age service system in guangdong.At first,this paper combed the old-age related literature at home and abroad research results,combined with maslow's hierarchy of needs,social embedding theory,theory of the people's livelihood,in the full of XiHe Town,on the basis of analyzing the present situation and problems of rural old-age adopted for XiHe Town rural endowment in questionnaire design,through the questionnaire to understand and record the rural elderly life present situation,and their pension demand level and policy;Then further analyze the rural elderly in xihe town in the endowment problems and the causes of these problems.Finally,on the basis of drawing lessons from the domestic advanced pension experience,from the perspective of the township government,village committee,farmers' families,put forward the corresponding solutions,including: improve the pension service management mechanism,standardize the operation and management;We will improve the rural medical security system and promote the integration of medical care with old-age care.Promoting the "smart old-age care" in rural communities;Accelerate rural economic development and increase financial support;Enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the elderly.
