After the reform and opening up,on the one hand,China’s socialist market economy has achieved rapid development. On the other hand, because of some negative factors in the market economy, more and more commercial moral problems have been exposed. Some commercial subjects suffer from the crazy pursuit of personal interests, and their own behavior is increasingly indulgent. For unlimited benefits, they even reach the point where they can not compromise, take risks, and use everything. He does not hesitate to pursue his own private interests through various unethical commercial activities such as fraud, false propaganda, illegal production, illegal operations, fake sales, bullying, trampling on integrity, using power for personal gain, commercial bribery, vicious competition, and treachery. For a time, all kinds of social violations of business ethics have been going on one after another, and the minor ones have harmed the personal property interests of consumers, disrupted the normal development order of the market, and the heavy ones have directly harmed the health problems of the people and even the safety of life.It affects the harmony and stability of society and brings a devastating blow to the country’s image.Aiming at a series of problems of business ethics, this paper furtherintroduces the present situation of business ethics in China. The reasons for these situations are summarized, analyzed and summarized. The specific reasons for these violations of business ethics are the reasons such as the low moral quality of the business operators themselves, the low sense of responsibility of the grassroots employees of the company, and the lack of awareness of the construction of business ethics and culture. There are also reasons within the system such as imperfect social system, imperfect regulatory system, and insufficient supervision,or it can also be attributed to internal reasons of the enterprise and external reasons of the enterprise. How to construct business ethics measures, first of all clear some basic principles of the construction of business ethics and the importance of building business ethics. Then, under the guiding principles of these basic perspectives, effective scientific methods and clear and clear path choices are used to propose specific methods for building business ethics from three main aspects: business philosophy, social organization function, and government role function.Let enterprises, social organizations and government agencies go their own way, coordinate with each other and complement each other to achieve the goal of building business ethics from all directions and multiple perspectives. In such a relatively peaceful and stable international environment as the 21 st century, countries are striving to develop their economies andstrive to achieve their international status through commercial competition. However, today’s commercial competition is by no means a simple commercial war.It is more than who makes more profits. It not only requires that we adhere to business integrity while profiting, adhere to business ethics, and actively assume social responsibilities and fulfill international obligations. From the reality of the situation, the development of our country’s business is not only faced with greater development opportunities, but also certain challenges and risks, the world is full of criticism of our business ethics. We must think hard, look at business from the perspective of long-term development, give full play to the unique role of business ethics, and use credibility to win the recognition of society and the world. We will build a socialist spirit of business ethics with Chinese characteristics and lay a solid foundation for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
