In recent years,with the deepening of China's reform and opening up,along with the acceleration of the progress of global economic integration,China has actively implemented "One Belt And One Road" and other "going out" strategies.Chinese enterprises have been engaged in transnational business activities more and more frequently.Africa is the main market of overseas project contracting in our country,there are a large number of infrastructure construction demand,Which has the good investment prospect,therefore has attracted many domestic enterprises enter the African region to carry out project construction activities,a large number of Africa overseas project arises at the historic moment,making a massive increase in our country in Africa overseas interests.But Africa has long been a hotbed of extremism and terrorism.The islamic state,al-shabab,boko haram and other homegrown African terrorists have long engaged in terrorist activities in Africa.China's overseas engineering projects in Africa suffer from direct or indirect terrorist threats to varying degrees,and face risks and hidden dangers to varying degrees in terms of personnel safety and economic interests.For example,the terrorist attack on radisson hotel in Mali on November 21,2015 killed three employees of China railway construction corporation.The threat of terrorism to China's overseas engineering projects in Africa needs to be taken seriously.This thesis according to the related risk management theory,combined with the writer through work means to obtain master for fear of information as the data samples,using the method of literature,data analysis method,the AHP analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,etc,to our country,the sahel in west Africa,north Africa and other stakeholders will high-risk areas of terrorism risk in the process of overseas engineering project risk identification,risk assessment and risk response process for fear of risk management,to how to better safeguard the Africa region provide valuable reference to overseas interests.
