Design And Implementation Of Client Of Handheld Supervision System

With the deepening of reform and the continuous development of social economy,the management of public security forces is facing many new situations and problems.In this case,the traditional police supervision model does not apply to development.The Client of Handheld Supervision System relying on police informationization foundation and technology.It uses information technology to ensure the police supervision's tentacles extend to wherever the public security work.This thesis designs and implements the system.The system provides users with on-site supervision,auxiliary supervision,supervision review,notification and other functions.These functions ensure the normal work of the police supervisors.The Client of Handheld Supervision System in this thesis adopts the Android platform's layered architecture and modular design scheme,which can help the system improve flexibility and scalability.By analysizing product and user characteristics,the author divided the system to five modules and implemented each of them.The on-site supervision module includes functions such as law enforcement information collection,image and video collection and signature.The law enforcement information acquisition function realizes fuzzy matching,cascade information list,identity confirmation and other small functions.The image and video collection function realizes taking photos,selecting pictures for album and taking videos.The auxiliary supervision module provides users with three functions.Users can use the supervision location function to supervise themselves.The law and regulation inquiry function allows users to search for legal and regulatory documents by searching keywords or file names.My draft function allows users to view the supervision records that have not been submitted to the headquarters.Image and video module realizes image compression,loading,uploading and video playback,uploading,breakpoint transmission and other functions.Video breakpoint continuation function is based on the self-expanding HTTP protocol.The supervision review module realizes the functions of statistical analysis,historical records and case review.Through statistical analysis data,users can briefly view the total number of tasks and the number of cases where problems are found.Users can check their history supervision records.They can also forward their history supervision records to other users for reference.Notification module is designed for users to quickly and conveniently view the notifications pushed to them by colleagues or leaders.It mainly realizes the functions of notification receiving,notification reading and notification confirmation.Users can receive the notification without activating the handheld supervision system.The system verification results show that this client of handheld supervision system meets the function requirements of version 1.0.The system is optimized from the two aspects of memory and UI by analyzing the memory occupation and UI rendering of the system during the runtime.Currently,the project has been put into use in the Beijing police supervision department.It is still in the iterative development of the new version.After the new version is designed and realized,the company will take this as an opportunity to promote the system to the whole country and accelerate the pace of informatization reform of domestic police supervision department.
