Problems And Countermeasures Of Water Conservancy Cadres Education And Training In Hubei

In recent years,with the strong leadership and strong support of the Party Central Committee,the State Council,the Hubei Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government,Hubei Water Conservancy has made great achievements in engineering construction.A number of major water conservancy construction projects have been completed and put into use,greatly improving The "hard power" of prevention and control of flood and drought disasters in our province.However,in the face of the new expectations and new requirements for water conservancy work in the new era,and standing at the strategic height of promoting modern ecological water conservancy and sustainable development,the“soft power”of water conservancy development in our province needs to be further strengthened,especially in the education and training of cadres.There are still some shortcomings.This paper takes Hubei water conservancy cadres as the research object.The first chapter defines the scope of water conservancy cadres and defines the basic definition of water conservancy cadres.The second chapter,combined with the current situation,expounds the connotation and characteristics of the education and training of water conservancy cadres.The third chapter introduces the status quo of education and training of Hubei cadres through questionnaires,interviews and exchanges,data analysis,etc.,expounds the existing problems and analyzes the causes of the problems.The main problems are manifested in six aspects.First,there are more dispatches and less subjective wills.Second,there will be more training and less specialized training.Third,there will be more regular training and less targeted teaching.Fourth,there are many traditional methods.Less;Fifth,the system of education and training is not perfect;sixth,the hardware facilities for cadre education and training have not yet been built.The main reasons for these problems,including insufficient attention to cadre education and training,insufficient analysis of cadre education and training needs;cadre education and training in a single form;cadre education and training system construction lags;cadre education and training assessment is not in place.The fourth chapter,through consulting relevant information,to understand some advanced modes and methods of foreign civil servant training,and then compare and learn from the advanced practices of foreign civil servant education and training,to solve the problem of education and training of Hubei water conservancy cadres,and come up with practical solutions.The method provides support;the fifth chapter proposes specific measures to improve the education and training of Hubei water conservancy cadres.From the concept of updating cadre education and training,carrying out research on the needs of cadre education and training,enriching the main forms of cadre education and training,improving the pertinence and effectiveness of cadre education and training,and improving the system and mechanism of cadre education and training in five aspects,It is hoped that the level of education and training for Hubei cadres will be improved and improved,and the "soft power" of Hubei Water Conservancy will be hardened.
