Research On Science And Technology Policy Of Supporting Sci-tech Small And Medium Enterprises In Yunnan Province

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that"the less developed regions,the more need to implement innovation-driven development strategies." Yunnan Province as the representative of quickest underdeveloped areas,and the sci-tech small and medium-sized enterprises as an important carrier of technological innovation and engine of economic growth,need to pay special attention to and focus on development.Compared with the eastern regions,Yunnan has a small number of sci-tech SMEs,low quality,many difficulties and high mortality rates.This paper takes policy research as the starting point,through combing the science and technology policy of supporting sci-tech small and medium-sized enterprises since the reform and opening up of Yunnan,analyzes the sample information of sci-tech small and medium-sized enterprises in Yunnan Province,and uses the methods of literature analysis,comparative analysis and empirical analysis.This paper finds out the problems existing in the science and technology policy of supporting sci-tech small and medium-sized enterprises in Yunnan province,and puts forward some countermeasures,including improving the timeliness of policy supply,strengthening financial taxation,guiding technological innovation and so on.
