Study On The Construction Of China’s Old-Age Service System From The Perspective Of Active Aging

China has entered and will remain in an aging society for a long time.China’s aging population is developing rapidly,and the large elderly population is characterized by the fact that people are getting old before getting rich.With the deepening of aging,the field of old-age service in China is extremely weak.In addition,the burden of family old-age support is increasing,the function of family old-age support is weakening,and the related social problems are becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,the pension and the old-age security have become a major issue faced by the government.Based on a thorough study of China’s aging and old-age service system,starting from the requirements of the old-age service system from the perspective of active aging,this paper analyses the existing problems of the old-age service system in China,and makes a thorough theoretical discussion on the ways to improve the old-age service system,which provides a new perspective for the formulation of the old-age service policy in China.The research in this paper is mainly as follows:Chapter Ⅰ,Introduction.This chapter introduces the research background,research significance,research methods and research ideas,and summarizes the research status at home and abroad.Chapter two is a summary of related concepts and theories.This chapter mainly defines the concepts of ageing and old-age service system,and traces back the background of active ageing,and elaborates the connotation of active ageing with the three pillars of active ageing as the core.Chapter three,the current situation of population aging and pension service system in China.This chapter is divided into two parts.In the first part,according to the website data of the National Bureau of Statistics and the Ministry of Civil Affairs,the process,the current situation and characteristics of population aging in China are described and analyzed,and the challenges posed by population aging in China aresummarized.In the second part,the current situation of China’s pension service system,including the policy of pension service system,the content and form of pension service,is analyzed.At present,there are four kinds of old-age service system models that are more common in all parts of the country.Chapter Ⅳ,the analysis of the old-age service system from the perspective of active aging,this chapter has three parts.The first part,from the perspective of the three pillars of active ageing,analyses the requirements of active ageing for the old-age service system from a theoretical point of view;the second part,guided by the theory of active ageing,analyses the problems in the old-age service system of our country from three aspects: the concept,the system and the structure of the old-age service system.The third part summarizes the experience of the old-age service system in the United States,Sweden and Japan,and speculates about the inspirations that our country may draw upon.Chapter Ⅴ,policy recommendations.From the three aspects of health,participation and security of the three pillars of active aging,this chapter puts forward some useful policy suggestions to improve the level of our country’s old-age service.
