Marxist human science is an important part of Marxist theory, and the ultimate goal of Marxist human science is to realize the overall development of human beings.Marx in the study based on the past, present and future, using historical materialism and dialectical method to analysis the essence of man and its relationship with social development and it is concluded that the scientific connotation of the all-round development of people, reveals the dimensions of man's all-round development, and how to realize person's full scale development provide realistic path and direction.Marcuse is a representative figure of western Marxism, known for his ruthless exposure and profound criticism of the disadvantages of western developed industrial society.Marcuse's idea of "one dimensional man" on the basis of Marx's theory of alienation, from the rational criticism, this paper analyzes the cause of the "one dimensional man",and reveals the all areas of the western developed industrial society, one of the western developed industrial society of alienation phenomenon and the surface prosperity substantial decline phenomenon. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the main body is divided into five parts:The first part summarizes Marcuse's personal experience and the theoretical source of his thought of "unidirectional man".First,in his personal experience,Marcuse summarized his experiences from birth to death, and the changes of Marcuse from the Marxist who was deeply influenced by existentialism to the rationalism and then to the new sensationalism.Secondly,it analyzes the theoretical source of Marcuse's thought of "unidirectional man".Marcuse's thought of "unidirectional man" was mainly influenced by Hegel's dialectics,Lukacs' materialization theory and Marx's 1844 manuscript of economics and philosophy. In the second part, the thesis expounds Marcuse's thought of "unidirectional man".It mainly includes the following points: firstly,it analyzes the cause of Marcuse's thought of "unidirectional man".In Marcuse's view,it was not terror and violence but science and technology that caused the developed industrial society in the west to go in one direction.Secondly,it summarizes the main content of Marcuse's thought of "unidirectional man".Marcuse's thought of "one-way man" mainly includes five aspects: the one-way man;one direction in the political field;one direction in the economic field;unidirectional degree in the field of ideology and culture;the unidirectional degree of life consumption domain. Finally,Marcuse's "one-way man" thought is the way out: one is to take the so-called "third way";the other is the establishment of an absolutely free society. The third part is the comparison between Marcuse's thought of "one-dimensional man" and Marx's all-round development.First,it outlines the main contents of Marx's theory of human development in an all-round way, including four aspects: the full satisfaction and development of human needs;unity of human development and social development;the free development of human personality;the comprehensive development of human labor ability.Secondly,it summarizes the common ground between Marcuse's thought of "one-dimensional man" and Marx's all-round development: deeply understanding the essence of capitalist alienation;it highlights the spirit of humanism;the ultimate goal is to achieve the all-round development of people.Thirdly,it analyzes the difference between Marcuse's thought of "unidirectional man" and Marx's all-round development of man, which is mainly reflected in different theoretical basis of man, different perspectives of human concern, different understanding of man's essence, and different understanding of the root of man's one-sided development.Fourthly, the limitation of Marcuse's thought of "unidirectional man" is explained in the following four aspects: unilateral understanding of technological alienation and human development;limited to European chauvinism;neglect ecological construction;failed to find the real subject of social revolution. The fourth part analyzes the main factors that restrict the comprehensive development of Chinese people at present, which are mainly social factors and individual factors.Social constraints mainly include the objective social material constraints, free leisure time is not perfect, education and production activities derailment and failed to properly handle the relationship between human development and technological development.Individual constraints mainly include the differences in people's needs, abilities and values. In the fifth part, the enlightenment of Marcuse's thought of "one-dimensional man" to the all-round development of Chinese people in the new era is obtained through comparative study.First, establish the people-oriented scientific and technological development concept.Second, strengthen the protection and improvement of leisure time.Third, vigorously promote the balanced development of education and labor.Fourth, spare no effort to promote the construction of ecological civilization.Fifth,we will implement core socialist values.
