Library law is the general term of the legal norms regulating the relationship of library acts and also is the legal guarantee to ensure the orderly development of the library.The United States is one of the countries where library science has been well developed with a complete library legal system and code.In the architecture of the American library law,not only did the federal government enact laws at the national level to be relied on,but also the states had a high degree of autonomy,and they all had drafted library laws applicable to the state.Idaho,which ranks sixth in the United States for literacy,its education is well developed.Not only that,Idaho Library's legal system is relatively perfect.Starting from the early twentieth century,the legal system has been constantly revised and updated,and now it has formed a complete library legal system.This article takes the Idaho Libraries legal system as the research object,and uses the methods of literature research,content analysis,historical research,internet research and case study to make full use of the literature and network resources,and legal compilation content and relevant laws and regulations of the Council were analyzed and introduced,and then summarizes its characteristics,with a view to provide reference of improvement and development of the legal system of our library.
