With the continuous development of the global economy,China's economy has also achieved great development,and the level of science and technology has been continuously improved.Together with the widespread popularity of the Internet in every household,our work and lifestyle have been renewed.However,science and technology is a double-edged sword.The starting point of the application directly determines whether it brings benefits or disadvantages to our way of life,especially in the process of providing us with a new way of life,high-speed information transmission and so on for our lives.Convenience also poses challenges for the current law.One of the challenges is the copyright protection of music works in the rapid dissemination of modern information.Musical works are not only the embodiment of our intellectual work,but also a necessary condition for promoting the healthy development of our society's spiritual civilization.Whether it is from the development of the world or China,music works have very important significance,occupying an important position in social life and an indispensable part of human life.On the other hand,because music itself is easy to be copied,with the continuous improvement and improvement of modern audio technology,the development of the network further complicates the phenomenon of copyright infringement.Various music copyrights have emerged gradually,and the defects of the protection of copyrights of music works by Chinese laws and regulations are also highlighted.The research goal of this paper is to explore how China can protect the copyright of music works in the current complex international and social environment,thus safeguarding the interests of the parties,thereby stimulating the creative passion of the creators and promoting the better development of China's music industry.Direction development.The article is divided into four parts.The introduction part summarizes the background significance of the research,and lays the framework of the full text.The theoretical part analyzes the legal connotation of the copyright of Chinese music works,and lays the theoretical foundation of the full text.Then it analyzes the current status of copyright protection of music works in China.And related cases;then from the perspective of big data,the copyright infringement and protection of music works were explored;finally,the corresponding protection measures were put forward through the discussion on the legislative enlightenment and practice of copyright protection abroad.Through inquiry,the author believes that in the current Internet environment,the legal protection of copyright of music works should be broader,and the infringement of online music works should be included in it,so that the copyright of music works can be protected in all aspects.
