| Nowdays,the online education that meets the needs of users for further study and employment is becoming more and more important.The public can choose the time and place of online education and they can use fragmented time learning,and the state's policy and financial support for the education industry has greatly promoted the further growth of the online education industry.The development of online education is in full swing,and the online volume of education copyright transaction is increasing.However,due to the lag of the current copyright system,it has not effectively regulated the issues of copyright attribution,rational use,piracy and infringement technology in the new Internet environment.Lack of awareness of payment and copyright protection has led to an increase in piracy cases in the field of online education.At the same time,online education copyright infringements are concealed,increasing the difficulty of cracking piracy infringement cases,and the high penalties for pirated infringement profits are low,contributing to piracy.The occurrence of infringement has inhibited the healthy development of China's online education industry.In order to analyze the copyright protection of online education,this study systematically sorts out the status of online copyright protection in China from multiple levels by consulting legal provisions and trial documents,platform copyright agreements,law enforcement action reports,etc,in order to further evaluate online education copyright protection,exploring the problems of online education copyright protectionh,this study selects key indicators from the legislative,judicial,administrative,online education platforms,society,technology and other influencing factors to construct a complete and scientific,systematic,comprehensive online education copyright assessment and protection index system,combined with AHP analytic hierarchy process,through questionnaires to obtain expert review opinions.According to the results of expert evaluation,the main problems in the current online education copyright protection work are the lack of targeted online education copyright laws and regulations,high cost of copyright infringement rights protection,low compensation,weak administrative law,backwardness of online education copyright protection technology,and loss of copyright awareness,etc.In order to further strengthen the copyright protection work of online education,this study proposes to strengthen the legislative system by improving the rational use,compensation mechanism,burden of proof,and strengthen administrative regulation by improving administrative policies,law enforcement work,copyright management mechanisms.Through publicity and education to strengthen the copyright protection and responsibility awareness of the public and online education platforms,through the blockchain and knowledge sharing and other technical means to strengthen copyright protection,it can improve the online education copyright protection work,and promote the sound development of the online education industry. |
