Research On The Macro-control Regulations Of China’s Constitution

With the further advancement of China’s marketization process,we should be aware of its objectively hidden problems.How do the countries properly intervene in economic life ?In order to achieve economic stability and long-term growth goals,it is one of the most important issues to solve in reality under the basic law.At the moment of emphasizing the rule of the country and the rule of law,the academic are too entangled in how to implement the macro-control measures in a specific economic field in the actual operation,and there is a suspicion of retreating.At present,the provisions of China’s constitution on macroeconomic regulation and control are too simple and crude,and the long-term absence of the Basic Law on Macro-control,which makes the macro-control powers encounter many practical obstacles in the process of operation,and domestic scholars study the macro-control provisions of the constitution.The lack of a unified understanding of the macro-control issues in the academic circles has made it even more difficult to operate macro-control rights.Recognizing the importance and urgency of the above-mentioned problems,the author has returned to the constitutional text and tried to use the principles of constitutional law to discuss the operational aspects of macro-control clauses.Therefore,this article selects Article 15,paragraph 2 of the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China-"The State strengthens economic legislation,perfects macroeconomic regulation and control"(hereinafter referred to as "macro-control clauses")as the research object,and combines other relevant provisions of the Constitution to China’s macro-control provisions.The basic issues such as the logic of creation,the definition of nature,the basic principles of application,and the division of power allocation are discussed.Suggestions for solving the current implementation of macro-control measures are proposed.It is hoped that the formulation and implementation of macro-control policies in practice will benefit.
