The“Internet+”type of social change provides a new opportunity for the government to carry out public governance and improve the efficiency,management ability and service level in the process of providing government services.Therefore,from the perspective of user satisfaction,research on how to improve the level of "Internet+Government Services”in Heilongjiang Province can improve the efficiency of government services in Heilongjiang Province,reduce administrative burden,and enhance the enthusiasm of people to participate,while promoting good government governance.In terms of Heilongjiang province,the concept of“Internet+Government Services"and user satisfaction is defined,outline the concept of government service and its characteristics,speculate on the development trend of“Internet+Government Services";briefly describe the concepts and components of user satisfaction;and the theoretical basis and main research methods,such as literature research,comparative analysis and questionnaire survey;combined with the survey results of user satisfaction of "Internet+Government Services" in Heilongjiang Province,the main problems of user satisfaction in“Internet+Government Services" in Heilongjiang Province are obtained,including the improvement of regional information infrastructure construction,updating the encryption mechanism of relevant service terminals and unifying the "Internet+Government Services" system architecture standards.In this way,user satisfaction of "Internet+Government Services" in Heilongjiang province will be further improved. |
