Government Transparency And Technological Innovation Of High-tech Enterprises

Government transparency is the degree of government information disclosure,which fully reflects the ruling philosophy of decentralization and decentralization.In 2016,government information disclosure was comprehensively promoted and incorporated into the government performance appraisal system.Government information disclosure is an institutional arrangement that enhances the government's credibility,execution,and government governance capabilities.It can make government administration more transparent and efficient,and is an important measure to improve the business environment of enterprises.Research on macroeconomic policies affecting micro-behavior of enterprises is an important area of accounting.Studying changes in the institutional environment can provide a more powerful explanation for changes in business operations.Enterprise innovation behavior is an application of resources to enterprises,and is of great significance to the sustainable development of economy and society.Does the improvement of government transparency have a certain impact on business operations?Studying the impact of government transparency on corporate innovation has important theoretical and practical implications.In order to study the above problems,this thesis integrates the relevant theoretical knowledge and research methods of accounting,public management,economics and statistics,taking the listed high-tech enterprises from 2009 to 2015 as the research samples,using the large sample research method for empirical test and investigation.The impact of government transparency on corporate innovation behavior and analysis of the causes of impact.The study found:(1)Government transparency can promote enterprise innovation,which is manifested in the increase in the number of patent applications and patent grants of enterprises;(2)the transparency of government has a"selective effect" among different trait enterprises.The performance of the government in the state-owned holdings and better internal control has promoted the technological innovation of high-tech enterprises.The findings of this paper help to advance the government's transparency process and provide empirical evidence for innovation-driven policies.Based on the novel research perspective of government transparency,this paper discovers the new path of institutional environment affecting enterprise innovation,expands the influencing factors of enterprise innovation,and verifies the effectiveness of promoting government transparency-driven innovation policy and enriches the macroeconomic and political environment.Academic literature that affects micro-behavior of firms.
