The emergence of the labor dispatch model coincided with the needs of the reform of state-owned enterprises, and solved the plight of labor shortage of state-owned enterprises due to their restricted authorized strength. If the"labor dispatch mechanism"has been"abnormally"prosperous in recent years, then it is the state-owned enterprises that inevitably become the main battlefield for its pernicious development. With the formulation of Labor Contract Law,the labor dispatch mechanism has been put on the cusp of public opinion. All the time safeguarding rights against unequal wages seems to be a nonexplosive warfare, which is confined within public denouncement in word and in writing.Labor dispatch group does not form an effective force to defend their own rights. The problem of unequal pay for equal work has become increasingly serious and under heated discussion. Now that there is a large population base of the labor dispatch group, then what are the reasons for their passive rights-safeguarding?This thesis makes the labor dispatch group’s sense of labor fairness as the cut-in point, from perspectives of their remuneration,decision-making power, development prospects, and employs many research methods of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview.Taking as an example JS company, which the writer is engaged in,this thesis makes an in-depth research on the first-line labor dispatch group, and summarizes their current situation in terms of economy, society and psychology and their impaired rights. On the basis of this, earning inequality of the labor dispatch group is presented clearly by the direct data comparison, and their longing for"equal pay for equal work"is expressed by pen instead of mouth. Finally,a systematic conclusion is reached:as to the writer, the labor dispatch group chooses to suffer in silence without opposition, and they are angry but choose to be quiet, after the unfair organizational treatment of unequal pay for equal work, because they submit to their identity of dispatched workers.Colloquially, they choose to endure silently and pessimistically because they recognize but are unable to overcome the identity gap between themself and other members in the organization due to the current situation. The writer attempts to understand the point of obedience from the angle of organizational identity. That is to say that they intentionally separate their personal development from organizational interests, after they are conscious of the objective existence of identity gap and personally suffer unfairness in the organization, and eventually they get to regard psychological process. The writer hopes that through this thesis, the labor dispatch group can be able to face up to their own situation, improve their understanding, stand up against the unfairness, and defend their legitimate rights and interests with the legal weapon, not blindly accepting and obeying. Moreover, people from all walks of life are supposed to promote rights-safeguarding with joint efforts, and perfect the law of labor dispatch and improve its mechanism at an early date,in order to ultimately realize the development of society.
