Research On Image Definition Technology From The Perspective Of Judicial Evidence Collection

In the information age,the ubiquitous image acquisition equipment makes digital images widely used in people's life and work.In the process of acquisition,digital image will inevitably be disturbed by acquisition equipment and acquisition environment,resulting in image blurring and distortion,and the image can not accurately reflect the specific content and details of the scene.At the same time,the rapid development of image processing tools and editing tools makes it easier for ordinary users to use these tools to hide and hide the information contained in the image itself,and even tamper with the image,affecting the real recording function of the image itself.In judicial practice,digital image is one of the main sources of evidence in Judicial Forensics because of its objectivity and intuition.The quality of digital image also directly affects the strength of its proof,and then affects the whole process of judicial activities.Therefore,the study of image clarification technology from the perspective of Judicial Forensics has strong practical significance and application value.On the one hand,non-destructive image sharpening technology can restore the details of the display image to the greatest extent,which is conducive to people's recognition of image content and provides a basis for judicial activities;on the other hand,operable image sharpening methods can be more widely used in judicial practice,especially in grass-roots judicial activities.Starting from the realistic problems,this paper adopts the methods of theoretical induction,experimental analysis and comparative study,based on theoretical research,experimental analysis and rigorous induction,to study the image clarification technology to meet the needs of judicial forensic activities.This paper is divided into five parts: the first chapter introduces the research background,research significance,main contents,research ideas,research methods,innovation and deficiencies;the second chapter introduces the basic theory of image sharpening technology from two aspects of image enhancement and image restoration,and introduces the research status of digital image restoration forensics;the third chapter mainly introduces the image quality evaluation criteria.The fourth chapter mainly introduces image denoising,motion blurring and image defogging technologies commonly used in judicial practice,and verifies their feasibility through experiments.The fifth chapter is a summary of the above,according to the experimental results,puts forward the image clarification technology to meet the needs of judicial forensic activities.The main innovations of this paper are as follows: Firstly,from the perspective of judicial forensics,this paper studies the technology of digital image sharpening,breaks the traditional single research field,combines the cross-application of law and computer science and technology,and studies the technology of image sharpening which serves the needs ofJudicial Forensics practice;secondly,this paper focuses on introducing the widely used image enhancement and image duplication in judicial practice.The original technology,through experimental research,verifies the specific application scenarios of each method.Finally,starting from the actual situation of the shortage of professional equipment and technical personnel in our judicial practice,this paper studies the image sharpening technology which is easy for the front-line judicial practitioners to use and operate.The shortcomings of this paper are as follows: firstly,due to the limitations of experimental methods,the enhancement or restoration of images may not achieve the best results,which will have a certain impact on the experimental results;secondly,this paper only meets the needs of judicial practice to study the operable image sharpening technology,but fails to proceed from the essence of image enhancement or image restoration to the maximum extent.To restore the original image,in the future research,we need to update the research methods and further explore the balance between the two.
