A Study On The Optimization Of Political Ecology In Provincial Colleges And Universities

It is of great significance for the development of the Party and the country to build a clean and healthy political ecology.As a place to train and transport talents to the country,colleges and universities play an important role in the construction of political ecological system at the grass-roots level.Only by achieving a good political ecological environment can they better train socialist successors and contribute to the great rejuvenation of China's education cause and the Chinese nation.In 2017,the Central Inspection Group visited 31 middle-level universities and found a series of "disharmonious" phenomena in the field of universities.Therefore,in the current situation of fully promoting strict governance of the Party,it is of great significance for colleges and universities themselves and even for the development of education in our country to strive to promote the optimization of political ecology in Colleges and universities.As the main part of the higher education system in our country,provincial colleges and universities shoulder the mission of cultivating high-quality talents for the place,so it is very necessary to promote the optimization of the political ecology of provincial colleges and universities.Based on literature,questionnaire and subject research,this paper first summarizes and selects the implementation of ideological responsibility system,implementation of political discipline,leadership,system implementation,selection and employment,work style and integrity of implementation by consulting literature,referring to the relevant information especially of Jiangsu Province's political and ecological evaluation,sum up and select seven main elements,and then refined to specific observation points,constructed the evaluation index system of political ecology of universities in G Province and designed corresponding questionnaires;secondly,based on the actual situation of S universities,evaluated the current situation of political ecology of Colleges and Universities in G Province,and combined with the questionnaire situation,analyzed the problems and reasons of political ecology of Colleges and Universities in G Province;finally,according to the problems and causes,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the political ecology of Colleges and Universities in G Province,and expects to provide some guidance and reference for the optimization of the political ecology of collegesand universities in other place.
