Gansu Province State Government Portal Website Information Disclosure Evaluation Research

It has been 10 years since the regulations of the People’s Republic of China on government information disclosure(hereinafter referred to as the "regulations")was officially promulgated by the state council in 2008.In the process of promoting the construction of service-oriented government,the government portal has become an important platform for the disclosure of government information.As the core index to evaluate the performance of government websites,information disclosure has important practical significance.The introduction part of the paper summarizes the progress and main viewpoints of domestic and foreign academic research in the field of government information disclosure,introduces the research methods,clarifies the research ideas,and clarifies the key points and innovation points of the research.Referring to the research results of the academia in the related fields of government information disclosure,this paper establishes the evaluation index system of gansu provincial and municipal government portal information disclosure.The index system was used to evaluate the information disclosure status of 14 municipal and state government portals in gansu province,and the results and causes of information disclosure of gansu provincial and state government portals were obtained,so as to provide reference Suggestions for the information disclosure construction of gansu provincial and state government portals.The main body of the paper consists of five chapters: the first chapter introduces the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of the research.The second chapter constructs the evaluation index system of information disclosure of portal websites of gansu province,province and state governments,and designs the index system centering on the evaluation dimensions of "information disclosure,disclosure according to application,disclosure guarantee,convenience service,interaction between government and people,policy interpretation and response to concerns".The third chapter evaluates and analyzes the information disclosure of gansu provincial and municipal government portals based on the evaluation index system.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems and causes of information disclosure in gansu provincial and municipal government portals.Fifth chapter brings forward gansu province state government portal website optimization path information disclosurework,including the increase in the government portal website of the government and the public information consciousness,improve the system of government portal website information standard and operation system,improve the government portal website information publicity of public participation,strengthening the construction of government portal website information public professional talent team,promoting the construction of government portal website information public affairs service platform and so on five aspects.
