Study On The Improvement Of Governance Capacity Of Lanzhou City Government

The 19th national congress of the communist party of China proposed to continue to define the overall layout of the "five-pronged" cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics proposed at the 18th national congress on the road to socialist modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The local government’s ability to govern directly concerns the personal interests of the people and the economic and social development of the region,and it is an important issue on the road to a moderately prosperous society.This article is based on the layout of the five pieces and the framework of the index system to evaluate the ability of the government in the city of Lanzhou,to set up a level of political,economic,social,social culture and ecological governance,and then subsection two,three levels,and the figures in this article are based on the statistics and government websites of the state,calculated by the coefficient of mutation,as a reference to the evaluation of the government in the city of Lanzhou.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into five parts.The first part mainly states the concepts involved in this paper and the theoretical basis used in this paper.The second part discusses the index system established in this paper,and describes the reasons for index selection.The third part describes the current govermance situation of Lanzhou municipal government.The development and changes of various indicators in Lanzhou from 2011 to 2016 are visually presented in the chart.At the end of this chapter,data are summarized to calculate the index weight The fourth part and the fifth part are the problems found in the governance capacity of Lanzhou municipal government and the corresponding improvement path.
